Si el producto no se derramo, pero está golpeado o alterado, no se debe abrir, ni encontrarse a menos del 10% de su totalidad. En caso de abrirse el producto y de tener un faltante mayor al 10% de su totalidad, no se efectuará el cambio de producto o devolución de dinero.
