If your purchase is in another city in the country, the delivery time depends on your zip code. If you pay with participating bank cards, your purchase is reflected immediately and your order will go out to your address the same day. Arriving 1-3 or 3-6 business days. If you pay in Oxxo, your payment is reflected from 24 to 48 hours (it depends on the Oxxo system), and your order will go out the same day that Oxxo reflects the payment. After that date, the delivery is made from 1 to 3 or from 3 to 6 business days (estimated time by parcels, depending on your location and address)
REFUND POLICY
Our product meets the highest quality standards, we know you will be 100% satisfied. But in the event that our product presents some inconvenience in its flavor and consistency, or the packaging has been incorrect or has blows or damage; please do the following:
Taste or consistency: If the taste of honey or its consistency are not adequate, we will change the product immediately; It is important that you return the honey that you purchased to do our internal investigations to determine the error and thereby prevent other people from being affected. It is determined that, when having a product reported for an irregular flavor, the same product cannot be returned at less than 10% of its total amount. In the event that the product is missing more than 10% of its entirety, the product change or money refund will not be made (in the current case).
If the change of product is due to: finding an error in the packaging, or if when delivering your product, the presentation is damaged or tampered with, please notify us at our WhatsApp account with the corresponding evidence (Image or video) to its immediate change and the product must not be opened or be less than 10% full. In case of opening the product and having a shortage greater than 10% of its entirety, the product change or money refund will not be made (in the current case).
